New VPS and ... bat aloc

Hi,

i ordered a 32MB VPS and tried to run apt-get upgrade but i got:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' what(): std::bad_alloc Aborted

So RAM at Host is full overselling?
