Good Afternoon, We are constantly striving to improve the services that we provide to our Sellers. As part of this effort, we have determined that we can better service your account by moving it to process through a new upstream partner. This transition will happen over the next few weeks and it is our intention to make sure that these changes are as seamless as possible for your business. While we do not anticipate any major issues with this transition, we will require that you complete the IBAN portion of your payment profile in order to avoid any disruption in the payout of your funds. To ensure that you continue receiving your future payments via ACH deposit to your bank, you will need to contact your bank, retrieve your IBAN and update your 2Checkout account as soon as possible. Step 1: Contact your bank to retrieve your IBAN in the following format: • A two letter country code (“AA”) • A two-number check digit • Bank Identifier Code • Account Code (16 Digits) • Example of an IBAN:AA00 SCBL0011223344556789 Step 2: Log into your 2Checkout account- Click on Account Tab and Bank account Sub tab, scroll down to payment profile and click on edit button. Step 3: Update your seller payment profile by placing this information in the “Bank Account Number” field. Step 4: Ensure that the correct payment profile has been “Set Live”. In the event that your customers are set up on a recurring billing cycle we advise you to pay close attention to those orders during this time. If you receive notice of a decline via our declined emails or INS messages, please follow the instructions below to re-establish the transaction with your Buyer. 1. Instruct your Buyer to contact their financial institution and request that the transaction be allowed to process. The bank may not recognize the new route for the transaction and will need to be informed by your Buyer that the charge is approved. 2. Your Buyer will then need to update their card details with 2Checkout so that it can be rebilled. If you provide them with their order number, they can easily update their card info at the following link: https://www.2checkout.com/va/sales/customer/change_billing_method 3. Once your Buyer updates their billing information, a rebill will be attempted within 24 hours. It is at your discretion to continue providing service for any Buyer that does not update their information.
