Best Provider for a Basic Testing Box?

Hello!

Basically I'm looking for a VPS that I can play around with and not have to worry about screwing something important up.

Requirements

1. Decent Uptime - No SLA required, just something that won't always be down.
2. Well-Known and/or Registered - I'd prefer if the company is well-known in this community or if the business is registered.
3. Decent Specs - It's okay if it's a little bit oversold, but I'm looking for at least 512MB RAM.
