I've been a customer for Hetzner for years. Never had one problem until now. I guess I consider myself lucky at this point.
Looks like Hetzner's billing system made the error. But the accounting department is sticking behind the invoice stating that the beta program ended after I applied the cloud servers. Which isn't true as the invoice states in the Description column on the last line.
