Looking for Minecraft server?

Hello, I am looking to run a Bukkit Minecraft server with at least 30 player slots. Will a VPS be sufficient for this? 30 players requires 2.5GB RAM, I'm not sure about CPU usage. It would be best if it was in Europe.
