Hi,
I bought a Delimter server on one of their specials and it's yet to be provisioned. They claim 1-3 days for provisioning, yet I ordered last Thursday and now its the next Thursday and no server has been provisioned. This has now entered DAY 6 without a server being provisioned. A far cry from their 1-3 day promise.
This is very much a case of false advertising and severely bad for their reputation. I'm a new client, i've never tried them before. I simply took the offer up as I saw it on lowendbox and liked it. I doubt i'll be trying them again and I'll advise others to look elsewhere. You wont see your box provisioned on time and they won't even provide updates without being asked.
Not a great experience for a first time client.
