Soo... BlueVM is down again.

Anyone else on S8-CA been experiencing a lot of downtime recently, or is it just me? Since I purchased a kvm some time back, It's been downtime after downtime. I've yet to go 24 straight hours without some form of downtime or horribly bad network issues. Service has been less then acceptable. The lack of communication is simply abysmal. Would it be too much trouble to inform customers their service is down/back up?
