I'm looking for a cheap yearly server in EU/ASIA that allows IRC. I'm mostly going to be using it as a BNC.
I'm looking to keep it under $20/yr
I don't really care about specs of the server because i won't be doing anything on it besides hosting a few BNC's on different networks.
I need: At least 2gb of storage 20gb+ of bandwidth 100mbit is prefered (but doesn't matter if it's a really nice location)
I know it's really hard to find cheap servers located in these locations, but these are the locations that i would be willing to kiss men for... wait... let's just say i wold love to see one in these locations, but know it's very unlikely for this price range.
Ukraine, Russia, Austria, Romania, Sweden, Singapore, lithuania etc you get the idea.
I'm only looking for EU and ASIA.
So no US, CA, UK and also no NL please (I have my reasons for no NL)
